    EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Doreen Aviv brings over twelve years of experience in the arts, film, and nonprofit sectors to her role as Executive Director. She has cultivated expertise in arts management with a focus on marketing, fundraising, and community engagement. Guided by a mission to champion artists, foster meaningful partnerships, and expand access to the arts, Doreen is dedicated to building connections that strengthen the Petaluma Arts Center’s role as a vital community hub.

  • Chris Alexander

    VOLUNTEER & MEMBERSHIPS MANAGER

    A Sonoma County native, Chris Alexander has worked as Student Services Manager at a culinary school, a Director at a senior center, helped establish a charter school, and served as Program Assistant for the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Sonoma State. She is also a certified yoga teacher and enjoys a robust home practice.

  • Kim Lampi

    GALLERY MANAGER

    Kim Lampi comes to PAC with nearly a decade of nonprofit fundraising and communications experience, helping raise for multi-million dollar capital campaigns.  She looks forward to growing PAC's programs and influence in the local art community as a Sonoma County native.  What's more, she's an artist with a Fine Arts degree from University of California, Santa Cruz and creates nature inspired jewelry and dark fantasy oil paintings.

  • Michelle Scott

    PROGRAM MANAGER

    Michelle Scott brings over 25 years of experience as an artist, yoga instructor, and leader in business operations, education, and community building, with work spanning tech and sustainability startups, social impact organizations, and educational settings. Drawing upon a strong background in customer experience and operations, she creates thoughtful, human-centered programs that foster meaningful connection. Michelle holds degrees in Interdisciplinary Studies and Transformational Arts.
