Rental Rates

Hourly Rate for Non PAC Members

  • $250 per hour for entire building

  • $75 Classroom only

Hourly Rate for Nonprofits (no fees to attendees)

  • $200 per hour for entire building

  • $50 Classroom only

Hourly Rate for PAC Members

  • $200 per hour for entire building

  • $50 Classroom only

Please note, rentals are for the entire building or just the classroom, subject to availability and regular Center programming.

  • Two hour minimum for the classroom

  • Three hour minimum for the entire building

  • $250 deposit may be required if renting the entire building

Hourly Rate for Nonprofits (with fees to attendees)

  • $125 per hour for entire building

  • $40 Classroom only

Details

  • PAC recieves 20% of tuition for each class held when students are charged a fee.

  • Staff services by the Art Center employees are charged at $40.00 per hour. The classroom is available on Fridays and Saturdays 12-4pm during an exhibition. No staff fees will be charged those days.

  • PAC Artist Members may have 8 hours of free classroom use each year. Custom Rates are available based on frequency and consistency of rental usage.

Past Events

Petaluma Arts Center reserves the right to choose to rent or not rent to individuals, organizations or businesses, based on their discretion.
