Get ready to play with color, pattern, and shape in this fun, whimsical collage workshop! You’ll create your very own Funky Floral artwork using painted papers, colorful patterns, and playful floral and leaf shapes.
You’ll make your own painted collage papers, add colorful patterns with paint pens, then get snipping and cutting your flowers and leaves. From there, you’ll experiment with composition and arrange your pieces into a funky floral design that’s uniquely yours. Create a 9x11 artwork or a collection of notecards and gift tags!
The emphasis is on having fun and playing with your creativity, even if you’ve never created a collage before. No experience is necessary. Sally-Ann will demonstrate each step and cheer you on along the way.
About Sally-Ann:
Sally-Ann is a Northern California multidisciplinary artist based in Petaluma, CA. After working for 20 years as a packaging designer, she is now a freelance illustrator and licensed artist selling her work online and on products nationwide. Sally-Ann teaches workshops in the US and internationally.
